What is minting?

Minting is the process of creating an NFT on the blockchain. During the minting process, the network assigns an address and a place on the TON blockchain. Minting requires a “gas” fee, a payment for the blockchain’s technical operation; however, on TON, this fee is incredibly low, which is one of the blockchains main advantages.
